As part of the Out of Hand exhibition, Stitching and Beyond will be displaying members work in the LightBox at Salamanca Arts Centre for the 3 weeks leading up to the OoH exhibition and also during the OoH exhibition. As in past years the display will have a specific theme and this year it is ‘BIRDS’. This will include anything associated with birds including not only birds but feathers, eggs and nests for example. The birds can be as varied, colourful and imaginative as you like.
Dates: 10th September to 2nd October 2023, Lightbox at Salamanca Arts Centre.
Size of pieces: The pieces need to be small enough to fit into the palm of your hand. Each entry should have a small tag attached with your name and contact number.
Hand in of pieces: Before or at Monday Monthly Gathering on 21st August, 2023.

Challenge 2023 – Don’t forget Stitching and Beyond’s popular annual Challenge is on again! The theme for 2023 is ‘Under the Microscope’ so it’s time to get your thinking caps on…. We invite members to register up to 5 textile pieces in 2-dimensional, A3 format.
