Our next “Let’s Explore” day, scheduled for Sunday 7 April, involves experimenting on fabric and paper with the stencils and blocks we made at the March “Let’s Explore” day. Under Heather’s guidance, we will be trying monoprints, layering of prints, blocking out of sections and repeat printing. Bring your blocks and stencils from last time, any you might have made at home, and the other items on the list.
Let’s Explore days are held at the Kingborough Women’s Clubrooms, Kingston Beach, from 10am – 3pm. You are always welcome to work on your own project at our Let’s Explore gatherings or try new techniques and materials with the group.
