2 Non Committee Positions needing to be filled very soon.
(1) Administrator for Stitching and Beyond’s “Instagram”Account.
This is a Business Account that requires regular input to keep us “ in the public eye”.
You need to be able to manage:
*Jpeg images sent via email or web links……. to enable making a REEL with a few images.
*Produce a Document with text and /or image to Save/Convert to Jpeg to create a Post.

(2) Assistant Challenge – Southern Coordinator.
To learn and work beside Joyce in 2026.
With the view to take over, or share in 2027, to be on board for the Out of Hand Exhibition in Sept/Oct.
The job is not onerous, but it is ongoing over each year.
Ideally we need a committee of 3 people.
There are excellent Volunteers in the North that assist travel and organisation there, along with Lynne Hargreaves (who is Northern coordinator with good skills).
The Southern Coordinator Requires:
*Your own computer along with good skills, or willing to learn more.
*Understanding Computer Documentation: Word, Excel. Table, Folders, Drive.
*Organisational skills.
*Working to a timetable.
*Gmail communications with Library and Gallery owners, S and B members.
There is a very good Paper and PC Folder of information to work from, and you would have my ongoing support.
