Stitching and Beyond members Sandra Champion, Irene Koroluk and Vanessa Newton-Brown are in the news for all the right reasons:
Sandra Champion was awarded second prize in the Island Quilts 2022 Art Quilt section for Summer Inferno #5
Irene Koroluk has been offered her first Solo show at The Outback Regional Gallery and Waltzing Matilda Centre for 2024, and she has been accepted into SAQA’s US Art Evolved: Intertwined. Irene was also awarded 3rd prize in the Island Quilts 2022 Art Quilt section.
Vanessa Newton-Brown has been selected as a finalist in the Henry Jones Art Prize.
