Today was gazetted as exploring techniques for making pieces for the Lightbox exhibition, the promotional showcase that can be seen 24/7 downstairs from the Long Gallery. We certainly explored. We appreciated Linda bringing along heaps of cuttings from her garden with interesting shapes and textures to get us thinking and discussing possibilities.
Others stitched on their ongoing pieces, we chatted of course, and dashed next door to see the children’s kimono exhibition at Wafu Works. Another really comfortable, productive and convivial day.
