A reminder to members: Annemieke Mein Exhibition dates for 2024

Gippsland Art Gallery is delighted to announce the much-anticipated Annemieke Mein retrospective exhibition, ‘A Life’s Work’ which will be staged at the Gallery from 2 March to 26 May 2024.

One of our members, Jude Walker, has baskets in an exhibition by the Basketmakers of Tasmania……March 2 to April 21. Practical, beautiful handwoven objects made from natural and found materials.

Australia Wide Eight is a touring exhibition showcasing the work of Ozquilt Network members. See it next at Queen Victoria Museum & Art Gallery at Inveresk, 2 Invermay Road, Launceston, Tasmania from 3 February – 21 April 2024

Stitching and Beyond members Lynne Hargreaves, Irene Koroluk and Vanessa Newton-Brown have work in this exhibition.


Circle Of Four

There will be an exhibition of quilting works by “Circle of Four +” Stitching and Beyond members at the Kettering Concert March 17 at 3pm. Tickets here. The Circle’s latest challenge was titled “Hot and Cold“. This time, you can see work by Lauree Brown, Dorotea Hinrichsen and Rita Summers (owner of Gone Rustic Gallery in St Mary’s. The exhibition will be accompanied with work by local jewellery artistLyn Aitkins.
