Join us at Kingborough Women’s Club rooms to socially stitch and explore textiles in any way you wish at this great facility. You may like to work on your Challenge (due 21 August), Lightbox or Out of Hand entries.

Responding to Materials
Roz will bring a big pile of leftover and saved materials; fabrics, papers, plastic, threads, some paints and random bits and pieces to share. Browse and dowse unfamiliar materials that ‘speak to you’ and collage away!

We’ll be working quickly on as many pieces as you feel like doing with no ‘overthinking’ allowed! This is a pre cursor to the July Let’s Explore Sunday.

Feel free to work on your own projects if you prefer.

What to bring

• Small pieces backing fabric and/or paper
• Your glue of choice
• A pair of scissors
• No preconceived ideas!
• Your lunch (or cash to purchase lunch nearby), tea and/or coffee and a mug

Any financial Stitching and Beyond member who is also a member of the KWC ($40 per year from July 1) is welcome to join our Sundays at no extra cost. Check here for details on how to join the KWC.
