2023 Out of Hand Exhibition

September 22 2023 @ 10:00 AM - October 2 2023 @ 4:00 PM

Our biennial Out of Hand exhibition is on again in 2023 with a wonderful collection of fibre, paper and textile artworks created by the members of Stitching and Beyond. The exhibition is always exceptional with a curated collection of works of all shapes, sizes, textures and colours. You can expect to see 2D and 3D works and there is bound to be something of interest for everyone!

Our Annual Challenge pieces from 2021 (Black and White + One) and 2022 (Threads of Life) are also on display. The Threads of Life collection will have just completed its travelling exhibition at select libraries and community galleries around the state.

The feature image above, ‘Beetles 1’  by Vanessa Newton-Brown, won the 2021 Viewer’s Choice award.
